Peace in the Middle of Confusion

Life doesn’t always make sense. Sometimes doors we thought would open remain shut. Plans change. Circumstances feel overwhelming, and the path forward seems unclear. It can be easy to let confusion grow into fear or worry.

But Jesus offers us something greater. His peace. In John 14:27, He says, “Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives.” His peace isn’t based on everything lining up the way we want. It’s not fragile or temporary. It’s steady, unshaken, and present even when life feels uncertain.

When we choose to rest in Christ, we don’t have to understand everything. We just need to trust the One who sees the whole picture. Even in the middle of the unknown, His Spirit whispers calm to our hearts.

So if today feels confusing, remember that you are held by the Prince of Peace. You don’t walk alone. And while you may not see the whole plan, you can rest knowing the One who does is good, faithful, and always with you.

Much love and many prayers,
Vanessa
