Trusting God With What’s Next

I am so thankful for God’s blessings on me recently. I have not been posting blogs or podcasts because my days have been very full. I have been spending time with the people here in the congregation and working more hours at the daycare since returning home from Kenya. Today, my classes resumed, so life will start having a routine again. I have many decisions that will affect my future, and some of them have deadlines. I am fully relying on God to give me wisdom and direction at this juncture. It is a miracle that this is my last semester of high school and that I am not a year or more behind due to illness. God truly got me through that, and I am thankful.

Sometimes we think our future will look a certain way, and things change, and doors are closed. That is happening to me right now, and at times, fear and anxiety take over because I can’t seem to see how things will work out. I am grateful that we serve a God who will carry our burdens, and in our waiting season, He will give us peace and clarity if we ask. May God be with you this week!

Much love and many prayers,
Vanessa
